- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Accurately describe product features and benefits. Analyzing sales data and market trends .Management and Leadership skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Implement with sales management in the planning and development of sales strategies , as well as in setting sales goals and standards.
-Monitoring sales volumes and cash flow management. Preparing daily, weekly,monthly route plan. Organizing for sales data survey and analysis.
-Preparing daily and monthly reports. Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets. Must be able to travel. .

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Any Graduate , more prefer Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales&Marketing or Business Administration.
- Any between ( 30 to 45 ) years. Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing field.
- At least 3 years of retail experience highly perferred .Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Positive Customer Service Oriented Attitude Extremely Essential . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Words well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.
