  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities across FMCG, F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, and packaging industries.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients and partners

  • Manage the sales pipeline systematically and ensure effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender documents

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation

  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly Business Development and Sales reports to management

  • Achieve and exceed set KPIs and business targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years in B2B industrial sales (preferred: printing, packaging, coding/marking, machinery).

  • Experience managing teams and handling key accounts.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to travel domestically across Myanmar.

  • Knowledge of Videojet, Domino, Markem-Imaje, Keyence, or similar equipment is a strong advantage.

  • Good command of English and Burmese.
