Any Graduated.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within banking or financial services.
Prior experience in managing sales teams and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
Experience in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
High integrity and commitment to compliance with policies and regulations.
