  • Assist the sales team with preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Administrative support, including maintaining customer databases and sales records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

  • Any bachelor degree plus diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
  • At least (3) years’ experience in the sales or customer service field. (More preferably in logistics or courier services)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
