  • Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure the team meets monthly/annual targets
  • Assist in managing, motivating, and coaching sales team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to improve sales processes
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and support deal closing
  • Train and guide junior sales staff when required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in a team supervision or leadership role is an advantage

  • Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Age: 27 – 35 years old
