Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for IVD products within the designated territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, private labs, reference labs, clinics, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

2. Account & Territory Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), lab managers, procurement teams, and clinicians.
  • Perform regular customer visits to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure territory expansion through strategic planning and systematic coverage.

3. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Support the Sales Manager in planning sales strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities, campaigns, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Work closely with service engineers and application specialists to ensure smooth post‑sales support.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, customer data, and opportunity tracking.
  • Monitor tender schedules and ensure timely submissions.

5. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay up to date on IVD products, technology trends, and clinical guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of lab workflows, diagnostic assays, and medical device regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Biotechnology or Pharmacy
    (Master’s degree is an advantage.)

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience in sales team supervision is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications and clinical performance data.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication ability.
  • Competency in account segmentation and targeting.
  • CRM software experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Good command of English and local language.
