  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain IT hardware, software, and system services.
  • Provide on-site and remote support and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Prepare daily job/service reports and ensure proper handling of company data.
  • Maintain good client relationships and provide professional technical support.
  • Provide 24/7 technical support and work on Day/Night shifts, including weekends and after office hours, as required.
