Job Description:

• To support System Administrator, Senior Network Administrator and Head of ICT Systems.
• To Perform helpdesk services for all users.

System and Hardware

• Window installation and troubleshooting
• Software Installation and troubleshooting
• End user support for Microsoft Active Directory
• Hardware maintenance
• Printer maintenance
• Antivirus installation
• Microsoft outlook mail setup and troubleshooting

Network

• Understanding LAN/WAN network knowledge
• Router or Switch configuration knowledge
• Understanding Wireless Devices configuration

Help Desk Service

• Responsible for documentation and written processes.
• Administration of security system such as access control, user support
• Manage email, spam and virus protection of Endpoint
• Perform day-to-day help desk services
• Monthly report to IT manager and Head of ICT systems.
• Training skill to train for staff (End user).
• Diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install and perform    tests on IT equipment and programs.
• Analyze and fix network related issues and problems reported by users.
• Other job duties can be included minor repairs and IT Parts Inquiry, Order and Purchase

Education               - Any graduated, Prefer B.C.S.C, B.C. Tech, BSC Computer Science, BE-IT

Experience              - Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in related field

                                Hardware and software maintenance experience

                                 Basic network troubleshooting

Other requirement – Can work after office hours and public holidays if required for urgent tasks

                                 Self-Development, problem solving, Time Management and Effective         

                                 communication skills
