               We are retail, wholesales and distribution industry.Audit require to check and plan all shops sales & stocks and all departments' processes to be alinged with policy and law.

  • Identify business process risks.
  • Plan and perform operational and financial audits.
  • Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls
  • Document the results of the evaluations.
  • Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management.
  • Formulate professional development and educational plans for junior staff members
  • Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
  • Preparing reports that detail findings and recommendations for improvement, which may include possible legal action if fraud is suspected.
  • Reviewing financial records, statements, and other documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Conducting interviews with employees to obtain information about their jobs and their role in any issues identified during the audit process.
