The guest is greeted, seated and served promptly.
Provide best service, prompt and courteous service to the guest.
Make sure the smooth flow service.

Greet, seat and serve all beverages.

Recognize every guest
Prepare all necessary mise-en-place.

Replenish the bar snacks.
Refill in the side station.
Serve the food and drink in professional manner.
Follow the hygiene and cleanliness procedure.
Changing and picking up the linens.
Clean and polish all glass ware in hygiene purpose.
Take orders from the guest (recommending).
Create the bar display (decoration) if necessary.
Remember VIP and regular guest’s name.
The sommelier is responsible for the service of all alcoholic drinks during the service of meals.
The wine butler must also be a sales person and should have a thorough knowledge of all drink to be served, of the best wines to go with certain foods and of the licensing laws in respect of the particular establishment and area.
Take owner ship in guest concern.
Attend the outlet (bar) training.
