 - Managing, supervising, and leading the shop staff to maintain smooth operations.

  - Oversee all front and back of the operations

  - Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to    

    customer complaints tactfully and professionally

   - Maintain quality control for all food served

   - Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports

   - Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

   - Willingness to rotate and work at assigned shop locations as needed.

   - Attend monthly supervisor meetings
