Purpose of the Role

• To lead the data & analytics team. Ensuring all reporting requirements for the organization is met – Timely and Accurately.

• Effectively manage delivery to analytical requests from various functions.

• Provide intelligent and actionable business insights to the management and other stakeholders.

Role Accountabilities 

• Define reporting roadmap for the organization
• Drive data & analytics team to maximize internal customer satisfaction score year on year
• Manage priorities, ensuring timely and accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, supporting all functions
• Manage end to end reporting requirements starting from reporting requirement gathering, designing and delivery of report
• Deliver key business insights to the management and other stakeholders
• Lead reporting in coordination with technology team to ensure reports are delivered to stakeholders on time
• Manage various of ad-hoc data requests from different functions for analytical decision making.
• Made decision for best practice of BI reporting processes.
• Perform various analyse and share meaningful insights with business to act
• Delivering business performance review to the management with key trends, concern areas and potential business opportunities
• Ensuring that team is abreast with new technologies, coordinating with L&D team to design and implement effective training programs for the team
• Quality check all deliverables, ensuring highest level of outputs

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Solid background on SQL, DWH and other reporting tools like SAP BO
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong experience in team management and drive to maximize the outcome
• 7-10 years in similar field
• Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Myanmar
• Telecom experience preferred
