Lead the development and implementation of the performance management, workforce analytics, and organization development initiatives that align with the Bank's strategic priorities. Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness through performance governance, workforce insights, organization design, and data-driven decision-making.

1. Performance Management

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the Bank's Performance Management System (PMS).
• Develop performance management policies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Support performance calibration, Promotion & Increment (P & I), and performance communication initiatives.

2. Organization Development

• Lead organization design and workforce planning initiatives to align organizational structures with business strategy and future workforce requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Bank's job architecture, job descriptions, and organizational frameworks to ensure governance, role clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct job evaluation and provide recommendations on job grading and organizational structure in accordance with the Bank's governance framework.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and workforce capability, providing data-driven recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.

3. Workforce Analytics

• Develop executive dashboards and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze workforce trends, productivity, headcount, workforce costs, and performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Support annual workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational reporting.

4. Continuous Improvement & Governance

• Drive continuous improvement of performance management, organization development, and workforce analytics practices.
• Ensure compliance with HR governance, policies, and organization design principles.
• Leverage HR technology and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting capability

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree but preferably a degree in Business Administration, Labour Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working in compensation & benefits and performance management.
