An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Developing detailed models, collaborating with Project teams, ensuring model accurancy and adhering to Building standards, clash detection, generating construction drawings.
  • Laying out plans, sections and details using Autodesk Revit Software
  • Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the Revit models
  • Assist VDC Manager, VDC Coordinators and project team in creating, updating and revising BIM Models from the project start to as-built stage.
  • Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models
  • Create Revit families for project.
  • Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule
  • Record and control in and out drawing registry
  • Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor
  • Communicates and coordinate with the full multi-disciplinary BIM design team and others. (for BIM Coordinator)
  • Support Project teams in visualization and coordination (for BIM Coordinator)
  • Clash detection, visual check and identify issues for Coordinators where discrepancies occur. (for BIM Coordinator)
  • Be aware of the candidate have to work in Myanmar (Work From Home)

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.
  • Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure and knowledge in Revit MEP.
  • Must possess relevant BIM training certificates.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of BIM modelling and coordination in construction firm of a large project.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team.
  • Skills in Navisworks and Enscape will be an advantage.
