• Establish and manage the MNE team, including technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation protocols.
• Recruit, train, and develop technical staff to support both KFC and YKKO brands.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for ACMV, sanitary systems, electrical, LV, and cold holds.
• Monitor compliance and performance of preventive programs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS or equivalent systems.
• Lead rapid response to urgent breakdowns and service interruptions.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers to prioritize urgent repairs.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and service contracts for critical systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Optimize cost efficiency through preventive strategies and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and food industry compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance of KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Supply Chain teams for integrated support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & water supply, LV systems, and refrigeration.
• Proven experience in team leadership and vendor management.
• Familiarity with Myanmar regulatory requirements for building services.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
