Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote CTZPay brand, mobile app, and website services.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
Support PR activities and manage brand communication materials.
Develop creative content to promote CTZPay app features, website services, campaigns, and promotions.
Create engaging social media content including posts, videos, and promotional materials.
Write compelling copy for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and website content.
Coordinate content production including video shooting.
Manage and grow CTZPay’s presence across social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, app promotions, and website updates.
Coordinate with relevant teams to update website content and ensure information accuracy.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience interactions.
Support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns including social media ads, search ads, display ads, and app promotion campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve website traffic, app installs, engagement, and usage.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and campaign results.
Coordinate and manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure campaign deliverables meet brand guidelines and timelines.
Provide clear briefs to agencies and review creative outputs to ensure quality and consistency.
Monitor agency performance and ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
Collaborate with vendors and partners for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or digital marketing.
Experience managing social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience promoting mobile apps, digital products, or online services is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of video editing or content creation tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Strong creativity and storytelling ability for brand communication.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies effectively.
