Job Summary

Business Development Manager (Card & Digital Banking) is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Bank’s Card & Digital Banking businesses, covering customer acquisition, activeness, usage, retention and transaction growth. The role drives branches to achieve assigned targets, manages product and business initiatives, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and supports the team to ensure effective execution of Card & Digital Banking activities.

• Drive the growth of Card & Digital Banking business in line with the Bank’s strategy and targets.
• Drive and manage branches to achieve assigned Card & Digital Banking targets, monitor performance and follow up/ support on areas that need improvement.
• Manage Card & Digital Banking products and initiatives from business requirements and development through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Work closely with Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, Credit and other relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives.
• Manage relationships and coordinate business activities with card schemes, fintechs and other business partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer usage, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare business proposals, business cases, performance reports and management presentations.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, sales activities and partner programs to increase customer acquisition, activation, usage and transaction volume.
• Monitor campaign and business performance and recommend improvement actions based on results.
• Ensure business activities follow the Bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize Card & Digital Banking related documents and ensure they are properly updated and available when needed.
• Conduct product training and ensure branches and sales channels have updated product knowledge and supporting materials.
• Support cross-department projects, management meetings, and external meetings related to Card & Digital Banking.
• Drive customer activeness across Card & Digital Banking products by increasing activation, regular usage, transaction frequency and customer retention.
• Monitor active, inactive and dormant customer trends, identify reasons for low usage, and develop initiatives to activate or re-engage customers.
• Handle other business activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA or other advanced degree is preferable)
• Have at least 3- 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to complete work accurately and promptly

• Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Able to travel when required
