Job Description (JD):
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center Specialist to join our After Sales Service team. The specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support through hotline (phone) and online (live chat) channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Support:**
- Handle general inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests via hotline and live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
2. **Communication:**
- Communicate effectively in English and Burmese (both verbal and written).
- Ensure clear and concise communication to resolve customer concerns.
3. **Technical Skills:**
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently.
- Navigate and manage live chat platforms and CRM systems.
- Use TikTok and other social media platforms for customer engagement if required.
4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and common issues.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
