Accurately record daily income, expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Issue invoices, receipts, and sales vouchers for all customer transactions.

Verify, approve, and process daily, weekly, and monthly operational expense payments.

Perform daily reconciliations of cash-on-hand balances against bank account records.

Calculate and distribute staff salaries, allowances, and bonuses on time.

Systematically organize and file purchase orders, vouchers, and proof-of-payment documents.

Monitor and reconcile physical inventory counts with stock movement records.

Prepare and present monthly financial summary reports to the owner/manager.

Handle bank deposits/withdrawals and manage mobile banking transactions securely.

Ensure strict internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and safeguard company assets.

LCCI Level 1/2, or a degree in a related field.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as an Accountant or Cashier.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

High level of honesty, integrity, and the ability to maintain financial confidentiality.

Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
