Review and update SOPs as necessary to improve operational effectiveness. 

Review and submit Lesson Update Reports and Royal Reports with support from the Operations Team. 

Monitor student records and ensure accuracy of operational documentation. 

Maintain and oversee Credit Files, including student updates and payment status changes.  

 Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery situations professionally. 

Facilitate onboarding and training of new staff. 

Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professionalism. 

Facilitate team-building activities and strengthen team collaboration. 

Lead planning and execution of Awarding Ceremonies, Anniversary Events, Parent Events, and other center activities. 

Promote and enforce Shichida Myanmar’s values, culture, and service standards. 

Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment. 

Oversee center administrative functions and operational compliance. 

Monitor payment status and financial administration at the center level. 

Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding operational financial matters. 

Lead center-level marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives. 

Collaborate with Education Consultants and Marketing Teams to support enrollment growth. 

Prepare and submit Monthly Center Reports to the COO and relevant heads. 

Lead center-level HR processes in coordination with the HR Department. 

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
