Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and submit timely monthly, quartely and annual financical statements in compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
  • Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and international accounting standards, including coordinating with external auditors during annual audits
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance, analyzing revenue and expenditure trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Complete year end closing activities, ensuring all fianancial records are accurate and ready for audit
  • Controls and checks all the operations of Finance Department and including staffing
  • Monitors the day to day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. Or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the property management or real estate sector
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with local tax regulations
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and corporate governance practices
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Burmese
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
