The Chief Accountant will oversee all accounting functions for construction and real estate development projects. This includes managing project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.The role is critical in providing financial insights to support business decisions and project profitability.

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Monitor and manage budgets for construction projects, track actual costs vs. estimates.
• Manage WIP (Work-in-Progress) accounting and ensure proper revenue recognition for ongoing projects.
• Supervise project cash flows, and coordinate with the project team for payment schedules and billing milestones.
• Ensure timely tax filing (VAT, Corporate Tax, Withholding, etc.) and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Work closely with project managers, procurement, and quantity surveyors to verify contract payments and progress billings.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support the CFO with financial forecasts, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.

• B. Com or any Graduate with CPA, DIFR or ACCA
• Must have above 5 years Experiences as Chief Accountant.
• Must be competent in Company Accounting and IFRS
• Using Advanced excel & Accounting Software
• Strong Knowledge of Accounting principle and Finical regulation.
• Excellent in Computer Skill (Advance Excel, Miscrosoft Word, Powerpoint)
