Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
CRP System & Process Management
Utilize and manage accounting transactions through Odoo ERP syste nsure proper implementation and utilization of ERP accounting modul
Monitor accounting data accuracy and improve financial processes through system controls.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare and review tax reports including Commercial Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities when required.

• Prepare monthly management reports including:
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Report
Budget vs Actual Analysis
• Financial Performance Analysis
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
Internal Control & Audit
• Develop and maintain effective accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and financial procedures.

• LCCI Level III / ACCA Part II Qualified/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification is perferred
• Experience working with audit firms and ERP implementation projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
