We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all daily accounting operations and financial reporting. You will be directly responsible for managing general ledger activities, ensuring compliance, and accurately producing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statements: Prepare and deliver precise monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
• General Ledger Management: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, trial balance reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor daily cash flow, assist with annual budgeting, and track budget vs. actual variances.
• Compliance & Tax: Manage tax filings, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with external auditors.
• Accounts Management: Supervise AP/AR processes, fixed asset tracking, and bank reconciliations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior accounting staff.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA )

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

Core Competency: Demonstrated mastery in creating and analyzing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP software.

Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and solid knowledge of accounting standards.
