Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely closing of the general ledger on a monthly basis.
• Check and approve cash and bank books, ensuring alignment with related ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
• Review sales ledger reports and ensure accuracy of outstanding receivables.
• Review purchase ledger reports and verify accuracy of accounts payable.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data; produce timely and accurate financial statements, including Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flow Statement.
• Support budget preparation and financial planning activities.
• Conduct physical verification of fixed assets and ensure compliance with depreciation policies.
• Perform monthly inventory checks and reconcile with accounting records
• Train, mentor, and manage the finance team to build capability and a collaborative team environment.
• Lead initiatives in financial transformation within the company.

• Female only, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• LCCI Level III , ACCA, CPA or other professional accounting qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Age between 28 ~ 4၀ years olds .
• Must have excellent understanding of financial regulations, Myanmar tax and compliance requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
