Job Descriptions; 

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc

Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations

Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected and complied 

Ensure to monitor and mentor the senior & junior accountants 

Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.  

Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenue.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as P & L, Balance Sheet & Trail Balance and ensure timely closing of accounts

Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries

Able to have analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Able to finish the reports & tasks are assigned by BOD or management within deadline

Understanding of up to date Myanmar Corporate Laws, Taxes & Regulations

Qualifications;

Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance, ACCA Part (III) or CPA is preferable

7 or more years of experience in Assistant Chief Accountant Position or Chief Accountant Position 

Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).

Familiar with using ERP Software (E.g: Odoo)

Proficient in Microsoft Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, Email & Internet

Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.

Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills

Prefer Previous Experience in Construction Materials Sector such as Deform Bars, Beams, Hollows, Wire Rods

Salary: 1,300,000 (Negotiable)

Working Hours: 8:30 - 5:00

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
