  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, and verify advance/advance claims.
  • Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and closing processes from month-end/year-end.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and international accounting standards.
  • Conduct a review in C&R and propose an action plan.
  • Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely completion of financial reports.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits with documentation and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.com/CPA/ACCA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
