Purpose of the Job:
Management of all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, bank journals and payroll, and assist in the production of regular financial and management reports.

Accounting and Internal Control

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, Cash flow forecasting, budgeting etc
•  Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
•  Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
•  Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
•  Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to the Management.
•  Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
•  working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis and Issue project cost reports for review.
•  Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Monitor and ensure internal control compliance for all the accounting entries.
• Work consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Providing required training and coaching to Accounting Team members to ensure skill and knowledge is updated and in line with the latest MAS update.
• Advice to the Management of the latest MAS update and impact.
• To advise the Management on Corporate tax planning, tax forecast and tax calculation and any other tax related matters.
• To advise and review the personal income tax in relation with the payroll both state and federal level.
• Statutory Tax filing and submission.
• To communicate to the Auditor for FS year-end closing and statutory reporting.
• Good English Communication Skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field/  Partly Professional CPA is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a  Part CPA in a corporate setting
• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
• Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statements
• Experiences in Finance Sector / HP/ Loan Calculation is preferrable.
