We are looking for a detail-oriented and ethically-driven Chief Accountant to ensure the financial integrity and fiscal health of our operations. This role serves as the primary safeguard for company assets through rigorous internal controls and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate and comprehensive sets of accounts, ensuring all financial transactions comply with international accounting standards.
• Payroll & Disbursement Audit: Independently verify and audit all payroll calculations and profit-sharing distributions prior to final processing.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor strict internal auditing processes to mitigate financial leakage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Reporting: Coordinate with operational departments while providing direct financial reporting and fund management insights to the Leadership Team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
