Created Announcement Letter for Security Operations, Rule & Regulations.
Created Duty Officer Course Training Manual
To conduct Refreshment Training according to security operations requirement
To conduct Emergency Procedure Training according to Client requirement
Created Viber group for security operations information between Clients and Company
Planning and manage to attend other Training program for Client requirement (including Advance Fire Fighting, Basic Fire Fighting, Basic First Aid, Defensive Driving Training, Port Designated Security Duty – PDSD Training)

Planning and managing what is needed if new site is tender won (including recruitment, interview, training, uniform, equipment, stationary, etc…)
Supervise the team to comply with quality management system.
Monitor and manage the team to comply the occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Support and participant in occupational health and safety practices and activities.

A bachelor’s degree in any related field
Professional diploma or certificates in any related field prefer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure security situations.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement and emergency services.
Extensive experience in security operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible roles.
