• Machinery Setup: Leads factory line calibration to match specific crop characteristics.
• Cold Storage Management: Oversees industrial refrigeration and temperature controlled logistics.
• Asset Utilization: Optimizes OEE to achieve 100% capacity during peak harvest.
• Global Compliance: Directs ISO, HACCP, and Global G.A.P. implementation for export readiness.
• Traceability: Establishes digital tracking for 100% product transparency for global buyers.
• JIT Inbound Logistics: Synchronizes raw material flow from farmers to prevent factory downtime.
• Global Outbound Distribution: Manages freight, shipping lines, and customs for optimized delivery.
• Financial Accountability: Full P&L ownership; monitors COGS, labor, and operational overheads.
• Market Expansion: Secures high-value "Forward Contracts" and international off-take agreements.
• Revenue Strategy: Balances farmer payout pricing with corporate margin sustainability.
• Farmer Association (PO) Governance: Manages legal/social frameworks to secure supply and prevent side-selling.
• Risk Mitigation: Develops contingency plans for climate, pest, and market volatility.
• Government Liaison: Acts as primary contact for the Department of Agriculture (DOA) and investors.

• 7+ years in a leadership role within an Agricultural Processing or Cold Storage facility.
• Financial Mastery: Proven track record in P&L Management and multi-million dollar budget oversight.
• Global Trade: Deep understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and export compliance.
• Expert knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Global G.A.P. standards, including the regulatory frameworks for international agricultural trade.
