Role Purpose
As a Content Creator in Yoma Bank's Digital Marketing team, you’ll plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads, as well as collaborate on marketing campaigns and basic web content updates. You’ll also support livestream sessions, appear on camera for brand storytelling, and track performance metrics to refine future content. With a keen eye on trends and a collaborative mindset, you’ll drive engaging and impactful digital content in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll be responsible not just for telling great stories, but for delivering real results — increasing engagement, growing followers, driving traffic, and building loyalty. Design and manage our content calendar, produce multimedia content (short-form video, photo, graphics, blog posts, and more), and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all channels — including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with the Brand, Events, and Marketing Management teams to align messaging, but will also move fast to jump on trends and create real-time content that keeps us culturally relevant.

Content Creations
- Content Creation & Videography involves planning, scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads, shooting and producing content independently using your own equipment or company-provided tools, developing content formats such as tutorials, product showcases, street interviews, testimonials, and campaign promos, and occasionally appearing on-screen to enhance brand connection and storytelling.
- Campaign & Web Content Coordination involves collaborating with the marketing management team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches, supporting basic content updates for landing pages or promotional sections on the website, and contributing to email content and visuals when required.
- Utilize insights from Social Engagement reports, social media trends, and Voice of Customer (VOC) to develop strategic and original content that highlights events, announcements, and marketing campaigns.
- Draft and proofread various content types, such as social media posts, web articles, customer/stakeholder responses, and recruitment ads.
- Execute administrative tasks as directed by the Marketing and Communications department.
- Bring new ideas to the table and proactively support the digital marketing team’s goals.
- Create and oversee both visual and written content — from quick-turn videos to full campaigns.
- Experience with generative AI content creation tools (e.g., video generators, copywriting AI, design platforms).
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Performance Monitoringinvolves tracking video and post engagement metrics such as views, shares, CTR, and completion rate, and keeping up with content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to guide future content planning.
