Develop and implement Brand Positioning and long-term Branding Strategies for each brand under the company.
Oversee and maintain consistent Brand Identity, Colors, Visual Style, and Logos across Social Media Platforms, Online Pages, and Events.
Lead and implement Brand Awareness Campaigns while effectively managing the allocated budget.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Distribution Departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Build and strengthen Brand Image and Public Relations by collaborating with sports organizations, sports clubs, football academies, iconic players, and influencers.
Continuously monitor and analyze current Market Trends and competitor activities in the sportswear and footwear market.
Develop innovative Brand Concepts and Campaign Ideas based on Market Trends and Consumer Needs.
Analyze Brand Performance and Campaign Results and develop strategies to support overall Brand Growth.

Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
Candidates with a Master’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing / Brand Management will be preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in Retail, Apparel, or FMCG industries.
Strong Creative Thinking and Storytelling Skills.
Strong Leadership and Project Management Skills with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
Experience working with Media, PR Agencies, and Influencer Networks.
Strong ability to analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities.
Strong interest and knowledge in the Sports Industry, particularly Football and Sportswear.
Ability to develop innovative ideas and build long-term brand growth.
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Team Collaboration Skills.
