The Brand & Media Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of GraceWin and its product brands through effective brand campaigns, digital media, health content, and media production, while coordinating the Brand & Media team and relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support brand growth initiatives to strengthen the awareness, visibility,and positioning of GraceWin and its product brands.
• Plan and coordinate brand and product campaigns across relevant communication and media channels.
• Manage digital content and media activities across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
• Develop the Monthly Health Calendar based on health topics, product priorities, and campaign plans.
• Review and approve health articles, social media content, scripts, graphics, and videos before publication.
• Coordinate video and photo productions, including Health Talk.
• Work cross-functionally with doctors, Sales & Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, management, and external production partners.
• Lead and supervise the Health Content Writer and Media Production Executive, ensuring quality, deadlines, and effective team performance.
• Manage production-related budget requests and coordinate required production resources.
• Report brand, content, campaign, and media activities to the Brand & Marketing Director.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Brand & Marketing Director.

• Minimum 2 years of corporate or professional experience, preferably within the media, business, and/or healthcare sectors, with exposure to branding, content, marketing, communications, campaigns, or project coordination.     
• Previous team supervision or coordination experience preferred.
• Good understanding of branding, digital media, social media platforms, content development, andmedia-production workflows.
• Must possess a good working knowledge of medical and healthcare topics, terminology, and concepts.
• A medical degree or clinical qualification is not required.
• Strong communication, planning,organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across different departments and external partners.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English.
