The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video and photo content that aligns with our clients’ branding, marketing, and promotional objectives. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. As a Videographer, you will play a key role in producing engaging multimedia content for digital platforms, attending client events for on-site shoots, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver visually compelling results that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Video Production: Plan, capture, and produce professional video and photo content for client events, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas that support client goals and brand identities.
Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage using professional software to produce polished, high-quality videos optimized for various digital formats.
Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and ensure proper use of company video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
On-Site Coverage: Attend and cover client events across Myanmar, capturing both planned and candid moments that reflect the brand’s message and tone.
Research and Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production and editing to enhance creativity and production quality.
File and Project Management: Organize and manage video assets, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality across all deliverables.

Experience: One to three years of experience as a Videographer or in a related creative role, preferably in event or marketing video production.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording, with proficiency in editing software.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to tell stories visually with attention to composition, pacing, and detail.
Photography: Basic photography and photo editing skills using software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with team members.
Professionalism: Reliable, committed, and willing to travel occasionally for event coverage as required.
Learning Mindset: Eagerness to develop new skills, explore emerging video trends, and grow within a creative digital environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Burmese, with English proficiency considered an advantage.
