Assisting in resolving all showroom and mall-related matters.
Checking showroom and mall CCTV daily.
Sharing and providing training on product knowledge.
Training staff on customer service methods and techniques.
Conducting regular inspections/visits to malls and giving necessary instructions and guidance.
Checking mall ground stock by matching physical stock records with software stock lists.
Assisting in handling and resolving customer complaints.
Being able to solve issues and problems faced by mall staff.

Age: 24 to 28 years old
Must be a university graduate (or at least passed Grade 10).
Must have 2 to 3 years of working experience.
Must live near Thingangyun area.
Must be able to travel and visit shopping malls and Yangon city.
Must be able to check and control ground stock effectively.
Must understand software systems and have experience using them.
Must be able to work under pressure.
