Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
* Create engaging content including posts, photos, short videos, reels and captions.
* Plan and schedule social media content
* Respond to messages and comments professionally.
* Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers through phone, messaging platforms, email, and social media.
* Support marketing campaigns and company promotions
* Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
