Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Assessment & Underwriting

  • Analyze and underwrite credit proposals including new, increase, renew, and general loan cases.

  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to determine borrower creditworthiness.

  • Ensure all credit applications comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Case Processing & Follow-Up

  • Process loan cases and submit them to the appropriate approving officers or committees.

  • Liaise with branches and Business Units (BU) for required documents, clarifications, or additional information.

  • Provide loan disbursement instructions to branches upon approval.

• Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly credit reports to senior officers and the Credit Committee.

  • Create and present credit proposals in meetings when required.

  • Maintain proper records of all credit assessments and communications.

• Collateral Evaluation

  • Conduct field visits with assessors for collateral verification for new and increase loan cases.

  • Ensure accurate valuation and documentation of collateral assets.

• Monitoring & Review

  • Regularly monitor and review loan performance and risk exposures.

  • Collaborate with the collection team for follow-up on default and NPL (Non-Performing Loan) cases.

  • Participate in weekly and monthly loan portfolio reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in credit underwriting or loan processing.

• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Good knowledge of collateral valuation and credit risk management.

• Ability to work independently and in coordination with various departments.
