  • KBZPay center သို့လာသော customer များကို ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရမည်။
  • KBZPay နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ငွေသွင်း/ထုတ်/လွှဲ၊ အကောင့် သစ်ဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် အခြား KBZPay ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
  • KBZPay နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် customer မေးမြန်းချက်များကိုလည်း ဖြေရှင်းပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက အထက်မန်နေဂျာသို့ သတင်းပေးပို့ရမည်။ 
  • နေ့စဉ် customer စာရင်းများကို ကွန်ပျူတာဖြင့် စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။
