Key responsibilities:
- Ensure Job quality on JobNet Platforms are industry standard: correct use of Job titles, and Job Function to get more Job visibility, save CVs screening time and hire faster
- Manage quality of employer profiles for all key customers to attract and retain best talents.
- Support customers to understand the benefits of the JobNet features to maximise productivity, efficienty, save time, money and hire faster in Talent Management.
- Monitor Job Performance, and other KPI to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with the team to achieve team KPIs.
- Support customers in professional manners via phone, email or company visit
- Manage Sales inquiries and pass to sales Admin team in timely manner
