​- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention, satisfaction, and referrals.

​- Work closely with Counselors and Operations to solve student challenges effectively.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field

​- Proactive problem-solver, highly empathetic and organized.

​- Passionate about student growth and client satisfaction.
