Job Overview                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our real estate agency and external marketing agencies/vendors, as well as lead on-ground event operations. You will oversee content creation, evaluate design assets, manage event execution, ensure strict compliance with deadlines, and keep our property listings, events, and overall brand marketing aligned with our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Agency & Vendor Management:
•    Serve as the main point of contact between internal real estate agents/teams and third-party marketing agencies, freelance designers, media partners, and event vendors.
•    Translate property sales goals and agency requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the marketing and events team.

Content & Visual Quality Control:
•    Design Evaluation: Review, critique, and approve visual assets (property brochures, social media graphics, promotional videos, event signage) to ensure high aesthetic standards and alignment with brand guidelines.
•    Content Assessment: Proofread, review, and evaluate marketing copy, property descriptions, ad text, and social media captions to ensure compelling messaging and high accuracy.

Event Operations & Planning:
•    Actively participate in and support hands-on event operations, including property open houses, luxury real estate launches, and promotional events.
•    Coordinate with vendors, set up event logistics, and ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.

Project & Deadline Management:
•    Establish clear project timelines and enforce strict deadlines for campaign deliverables (e.g., property launch materials, seasonal campaigns, ad runs, event schedules).
•    Monitor ongoing marketing and event activities, flag potential bottlenecks early, and ensure timely execution.

Campaign Execution & Coordination:
•    Coordinate with real estate agents to gather property details, high-res images, and key selling points for marketing campaigns.
•    Track campaign performance metrics and coordinate with the agency to optimize ongoing ad campaigns.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

•    Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role (Real estate industry experience is a plus).
•    Event Planning: Experience in event planning, management, or ground operations is a strong plus.
•    Vendor/Agency Management: Proven experience working with external marketing agencies, creative teams, and event vendors.
•    Visual & Content Acumen: Strong aesthetic eye for graphic design, branding, and high-quality layout aesthetics, along with a keen eye for written content.
•    Deadline-Driven: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a track record of strict deadline management.
•    Property Market Savvy: Basic understanding of real estate marketing trends, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms.
