Develop and implement digital marketing activities to promote the company’s Tour Packages, Airline Tickets, Hotel Bookings, Visa Services and other travel-related services.
Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, Website and other relevant digital platforms.
Create and publish engaging content including posts, captions, photos, videos, reels and promotional materials.
Conduct basic market research and identify current travel trends, customer interests and competitors’ digital marketing activities.
Develop social media campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversions and advertising results.
Respond to and manage customer inquiries, comments and messages through social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the Sales, Tour Operation, Ticketing and Graphic Design Teams to ensure accurate and timely marketing content.
Work with the Graphic Designer to develop creative visuals and promotional materials.
Assist in developing promotional campaigns for seasonal offers, special packages, destinations and company events.
Monitor website and social media performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Maintain and update digital marketing materials, promotional information, and online listings.
Keep up to date with new digital marketing trends, social media features, tools, and best practices.
Maintain proper records of digital campaigns, content, advertisements and marketing results.
Perform other Digital Marketing and Marketing-related duties as required or assigned by Management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related position.
Experience in Travel & Tour, Airline, Hospitality, or Service Industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Able to create engaging social media content, captions, reels and short-form videos.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or other content creation toolsis an advantage.
Good understanding of social media trends, content strategies and online customer engagement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Willing to perform other relevant duties as required by Management.
