1. Sales Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and generate new leads through online/offline channels
• Conduct client meetings, explain products/services, and close sales
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up for conversions
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain sales reports and CRM database updates

2. Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in creating marketing campaigns (digital, social media, outdoor, events)
• Plan and execute content for Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Coordinate with design team for ads, visuals, and promotional materials
• Support campaign planning, product launches, and branding activities
• Organize events, marketing activations, and trade promotions
• Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis
• Track campaign performance and provide monthly marketing reports

3. Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, design)
• Prepare monthly marketing & sales performance reports
• Assist in planning annual marketing budgets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Must be Graduated
• Diploma in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Experience in digital marketing is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation & selling skills
• Ability to create marketing content (basic)
• Knowledge of Facebook/TikTok Ads is a plus
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet targets
