  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, promote products, and generate leads.

  • Manage our social media platforms and channels

  • Lead, supervise, and guide the Digital Marketing Junior Staff and Graphic Designer.

  • Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Analyze and prepare accurate reports on digital marketing activities’ overall performance.

  • Create high-quality effective contents on various channels

  • Develop storyboards and concepts for video projects, and produce and edit high quality video contents

  • Stay up-to-date with product updates

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' digital marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and 2+ years of experience as team lead
  • Experience in IT/Software industry is a plus.

  • Strategic thinking, creativity, strong analytic skill and reporting skill
