We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand in the education consulting sector. The role involves planning and executing both online and offline marketing strategies to attract prospective students and support business growth.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and student recruitment targets.
• Plan, manage, and oversee both digital and offline marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Lead brand development initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.
• Organize and execute education fairs, seminars and other promotional events.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate closely with the digital marketing team for campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and counseling teams to improve lead conversion and student enrollment.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and continuously optimize marketing ROI.
• Manage and control the marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient spending.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, with minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong experience in both online and offline marketing strategies
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and campaigns
• Good understanding of branding, market analysis, and customer behavior
• Excellent communication skills; education industry experience is an advantage
