On behalf of our Client, a medical equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Distribution Representative (Medical Equipment) to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Checks and receives the products issued from warehouse for delivery
• Delivers and picks up the products to/from hospitals/customers (sale, demo, loan, consign, return, loan transfer) according to task assignments on OnFleet application and obtain the Proof of delivery
• Records the delivered place, DN No., Invoice No. in register book and hand over the Delivery Note & Invoice to warehouse & finance departments
• Collects the cash from hospitals/customers according to the invoices issued from Finance department
• Collects the cash from customers at NOGH & YGH according to the used quantities from consigned products
• Hand over the collected cash and invoices to Finance department
• Communicates with sale teams and end users on the way to delivery if needed

Job Requirements

• University degree in any subject
• Experience in delivery service is preferred
• Having knowledge of route planning for Yangon area
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic command of the English Language
• Be able to travel as business trips
