Direct English - World Leader in English Education, is a global English language training franchise – already delivering quality training in many countries worldwide. We are looking for a qualified and well-experienced Personal Tutor who can be energetic, warm, team player, can motivate and encourage students, efficient, confident in their English Abilities.

As a Personal Tutor you will be able to enhance your experience in teaching using the blended method, and get to meet different kinds of students all with a passion to learn English. 

Responsibilities can include; 

• Teaching tutorial classes for students 
• Running conversation classes in line with DE expectations 
• Planning and executing social classes for students to join
• Planning and executing in-center events with Director of studies approval 
• Planning classes using a lesson plan  
• Attend and join in any internal and external events necessary
• To support students who are struggling and help them achieve their goals 
• Accountable and responsible for all classes they are assigned to
• To follow up with students on their progress at Direct English 
• To help with referrals and renewals to increase IR 
• Meet up with students regularly to check in on their progress and what they need help with 

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in English or business)
• Knowledge of the Blended learning method (preferable)
• 1+ years teaching experience (preferable)  
• Certificate in English (preferable)
• Flexible 
• A team player
