- Plan and execute brand events, activations, sponsorships, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event timelines, logistics, manpower, production materials, branding, and on-ground setup.
- Monitor event budgets, quotations, purchasing requirements, and related expenses.
- Supervise on-ground activities and quickly resolve operational issues during events.
- Prepare post-event reports, including attendance, engagement, results, issues, and key learnings.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, activation, marketing, or related roles; FMCG experience is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, suppliers, and deadlines at the same time.
- Willing to work during evenings, weekends, public holidays, and travel when events require.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; and have ability to work well under pressure.
