Job Summary

• Join a dynamic marketing team to support the planning and delivery of engaging consumer activations
• and events across partner outlets in Yangon. You will coordinate with br and teams, agencies, and promoters to ensure smooth execution, strong brand experiences, and measurable results.
• Support event planning and execution with Brand teams and external partners to deliver strong brand experiences.
• Supervise on-site event operations, quickly resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery at partner outlets.
• Manage event stock planning, product layouts, and overall event setup quality.
• Coordinate agencies and vendors, monitor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Support consumer activation ideas aligned with brand direction and outlet execution needs.
• Work with Sales, Brand Marketing, Commercial teams, Brand Ambassadors, and promoters on activations.
• Brief, train, and deploy Brand Ambassadors and promoters for on-ground activities.
• Track activation KPIs and prepare performance reports, insights, and improvement recommendations.
• Conduct post-event reviews and share learnings to improve future events and campaigns.

• Age Between 25 to 35 years old.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consumer activation, experiential marketing, events, brand activation, trade marketing, or related fields.
• Strong coordination and on-site event management skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and promoters.
• Good understanding of activation KPIs, event performance tracking, and reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in briefing, training, and managing Brand Ambassadors is an advantage.
• Based in Yangon, with the ability to work in Mayangone and partner outlet locations.
